It turns out, if you put enough slices in solid materials, you can make them bend and flex, it’s called a living hinge! Now you can experience this neat bit of science and design with your own dice vault or book box! Laser cut from 1/8″ pine plywood, the large versions have a sliding latch to keep the lid securely in place and the small book box has a simple clip mechanism to keep the lid closed.
Note: the default for all book boxes is one large compartment and no felt lining.
