Policies & Returns

Due to the nature of our teas being consumable products, we do not offer returns or refunds for opened products/boxes. This is for the health & safety of ourselves and others. If you’re not sure you’ll like a certain tea, you can first get a free sample instead of a full package!

Please keep in mind that this is a very small business. Depending on the product, our turnaround time is typically 3-4 weeks (preorder boxes may be longer) due to the number of orders we receive, especially during the holidays. We do ship packages in the order they are received (not including preorders). If there is a specific date you need your order by, please contact us and we will do our best to get your package out earlier if possible.

If you do have an unopened package to return, we will send you a return label for your product. The shipping box must not be opened prior to returning. (This is for health & safety.) Once we receive the return package and confirm that the original package has not been opened, we will send you a refund to your original payment method or issue store credit, less the cost for the return shipping. Please contact us for details. If you wish for a refund prior to your order being shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

A few other notes:

  • If there is an error with the billing process (for example, the processor double bills you accidentally) we will refund your second order as soon as we are able to.
  • If you ordered a certain tea and you meant to order a different one and they are the same price, we will happily swap it out as long as you let us know before the order is shipped.
  • If we sent you the wrong product, or the product was damaged during shipping, we will send you the correct item as soon as possible.
  • There are no refunds for digital products (including but not limited to cross stitch patterns). If you are having a problem with the file, please let us know.
