You will receive a tin enough for 10-12 cups of tea.
Ingredients: hibiscus, rosehips, cinnamon, lemongrass, chamomile
Directions: Steep 1 teaspoon of tea in freshly boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes.

All I can think of to say is that drinking this tea was like eating a delicious bowl of oatmeal. It smelled like cinnamon candies when opened, but more apple-like when brewed. A definite winner especially as an herbal tea!
